ACSEP is overhauling Révillon's e-commerce logistics for its Révillon, De Neuville and Villars brands, with the aim of optimising profitability and guaranteeing an exceptional customer experience.

While we process more than 20,000 orders a year, with two major peaks at Christmas and Easter, we were working in a traditional way with no real process and with unsuitable solutions.
We therefore needed to digitise our e-commerce logistics and introduce more traditional processes in order to absorb the growing volume of orders and improve profitability.
Thanks to the intervention of the ACSEP teams, we were able to standardise our processes and improve our efficiency. They were able to combine expertise in the field and IT, and provide us with immediate solutions and ongoing support.
