As manufacturers or service companies, logistics is today the nerve of war and must be at the heart of any company strategy.
Our teams are fully aware of your problems and can support you in all or part of your projects, whether you internalise or outsource your logistics organisation.
In particular, we have supported companies such as Beta and the 2CV Méhari Club Cassis in the fitting out of their new warehouse, deployed our WMS IzyPro at Thouy and the Pro Foundation, and also integrated the Efalia Compose solution at MDS.
In recent months the world economy has been hit hard by successive shocks. The covid-19 pandemic, Russia’s invasion of Ukraine and the energy crisis have had a major impact on your business and your stocks.
The importance of logistics has taken on its full weight since, if well organised, it limits the negative impacts and ensures agility but also resilience.
We can help you to optimise your logistics organisation through a range of services that cover site audits, warehouse reorganisation, assistance in choosing and deploying information systems, drafting specifications for your future suppliers and partners, hosting and supervision of your software, data processing, and also training and support for your teams.
We implemented our IzyPro WMS in the warehouse of Thouy, the specialist in professional cleaning products and food packaging. As their business had evolved with the launch of 3 websites, they wanted a robust warehouse management solution to control their order picking and wider logistics.
Beta, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of hand tools for mechanical professionals, asked us to transform and fit out a former indoor football site into a brand new logistics warehouse. In particular, we organised the site by product family as far as possible, but above all according to the rotations and dimensions of the 10,000 references.
We also helped the 2 CV Méhari Club Cassis during the relocation of its warehouse to structure its logistics and make orders and shipments more reliable. ACSEP carried out a complete survey and an in-depth study of the flow of goods in order to rethink the storage, processes and ergonomics of the workshops. The teams have become more competent and their working conditions have been significantly improved. The Club has gained in agility and capacity for anticipation.
The ACSEP group supports around one hundred active customers, including Auchan, Boulanger, Carrefour, C-Log, DHL Supply Chain, Distrimag, Geodis, Habitat, ID Logistics, Lustucru, Metro, Panzani, Petit Bateau, Samsung Electronics France, Sonepar and XPO Logistics.
