Out-of-stock situations, the obligation to throw away out-of-date merchandise or to pay penalties to the supermarket chains are the dreaded problems of the food industry. Thanks to an optimal supply chain organisation, you can be sure of total traceability, a reduction in disputes thanks to a quality service that guarantees a successful customer experience.
Our support covers the entire supply chain, including the overall organisation of the warehouse, the working methods of your teams and their skills development, the ergonomics of the workstations (copacking, shipping, etc.), the information systems in place and the computer interfaces, as well as the equipment for storing and preparing orders.
Depending on the case, we operate on all or part of the supply chain.
For example, we carried out a complete operating file and deployed our IzyPro WMS at Aqualis Seafood, a producer and distributor of premium frozen food products, which internalised its logistics, reviewed its working methods, improved its traceability and reduced its disputes.
We also assisted Révillon Chocolatier in improving its e-commerce logistics. Thanks to our operational and IT know-how, we reorganised the picking area, standardised the working methods of the teams and developed the functionalities of the existing WMS.
In addition, we overhauled Findus Southern Europe‘s IS by implementing Talend’s EAI to connect no less than 200 applications.
Finally, we have been training Intermarché‘s teams for several years. Each year, about a hundred employees take ACSEP training courses on their WMS and CQPI Logistics Agent courses.
The ACSEP group supports around one hundred active customers, including Auchan, Boulanger, Carrefour, C-Log, DHL Supply Chain, Distrimag, Geodis, Habitat, ID Logistics, Lustucru, Metro, Panzani, Petit Bateau, Samsung Electronics France, Sonepar and XPO Logistics.
