With the help of ACSEP, Samsung Electronics France improved its e-commerce logistics. We optimised its logistics organisation via a set of quick wins and also installed the IzyPro WMS to absorb a growing volume of activity.
As a true collaborative tool, all internal departments (logistics, marketing, sales, call centre, etc.) can access easily to IzyPro, which allows smoother communication, especially with the sales department to improve customer service.
