The essential link between the logistics professions and all the company's departments
IzyWeb is the data entry and consultation portal provided for all Supply Chain actors via a simple Internet connection. Placed under the sign of collaboration, it is the essential link between the warehouse and its environment (sales, shops, e-commerce, suppliers, marketing, call centre, procurement, finance, etc.).
Developed by ACSEP, as part of IzySuite, IzyWeb is a collaborative tool designed to facilitate the access and the sharing of data, in real time, with all the departments of a company and its partners.
Thus, IzyWeb connects in one “place” all the actors of the supply chain and all the data that are useful to them.
Thanks to a simple internet connection and the entry of a user code and a dedicated password, each actor can access the information he needs, in a completely autonomous way.
IzyWeb is used by almost all IzyPro customers, but can be adapted to any other WMS.
Via an extremely simple and ergonomic menu, everyone can easily navigate to consult or enter information, but also extract data to Excel. The portal’s native integration of office automation tools for consulting, extracting and editing makes it much easier to use.
It’s all a question of configuration! Thus, IzyWeb adapts to all user profiles and to all types of operating files.
Finally, the portal is available in French, English and Spanish.
IzyWeb allows our ecosystem (sales representatives, customers, suppliers, etc.) to have access to the information they need, thanks to a dedicated access. Our customers can see their stock in real time and place orders online, without calling the warehouse. It’s a real time saver for everyone

IzyWeb offers 3 major warehouse functions: reception, stock and orders.
Thus, authorised users can consult the receipts (date, batch, SSCC, etc.) and enter the receipt expectations.
They can also display stocks according to several parameters such as family, batch, size colour reference (or RCT), or blocking code.
For orders, they have access to the detailed progress report. They can also enter, modify or block the preparation or dispatch of an order. Finally, they can follow the progress of a preparation and view the follow-up of deliveries.
In addition, they can edit a certain number of documents such as receipt slips, packing lists or delivery notes, without going through the WMS, to which access may be more restricted.
