Integration was, along with Support, the first service offered by ACSEP, since its creation in 2005. Initially, it was limited to the WMS of the market. Then we expanded it to other softwares, regarding our customers’ needs evolution.

Today, our team integrates our own softwares such as IzyPro WMS or our collaborative portal IzyWeb, but also those of partner publishers, such as Reflex WMS (Hardis), Efalia Compose, the publishing solution, the EDI thanks to Talend‘s solutions…

ACSEP has 3 major aims:

1. To improve your supply chain performance (logistics and transport) by deploying efficient and adapted solutions within your information system, whether you are a logistics provider, a retailer, a pure player, an industrial or a service company,
2. Maintain your information systems in operational condition,
3. Provide you with verified and useful data so that you can manage your business.

Our Integration and Project Management team benefits from a real multidisciplinary know-how (operational and IT) and is composed of various and complementary functions:

1. IS project manager: steering, planning, reporting, KPIs, risk monitoring…,
2. IS Expert: framing, needs analysis, functional solution guarantor (design file),
3. IS Delivery Consultants: implementation, parameterisation, acceptance, start-up support…,
4. Analysts: IS / Data functional analysis, UAT (user acceptance test)…?
5. Business Consultants: users trainig, operational assistance at start-up…

Several years ago, we set up a modular integration methodology that can be adapted to the type of project.

Called WINZEN, it is based on a collaborative approach and a common language that allows all the players to have the same visibility on the project’s progress.

Proven and rigorous, this codified method consists of 7 standard stages managed by technical and functional teams:

5. Training,
6. Start-up,
7. Maintenance in operational condition/Closing.
