Experiencing rapid growth and driven by ambitious goals, Saveurs et Vie, a specialist in home meal delivery for elderly and vulnerable individuals, has taken a major step forward in its development. « For more than 20 years, we have been committed to supporting elderly and vulnerable individuals, including those with disabilities or loss of autonomy, by offering them personalized meals tailored to their nutritional needs and preferences, » explains Carine GRANDGEORGES, Project Manager. « In recent years, our growth has been exponential: we now deliver 10,000 meals a day! »

A step closer to food logistics’ excellence

In this dynamic, Saveurs et Vie launched an ambitious digitalization program called Maximus three years ago. The goal? To achieve operational excellence by modernizing its information system. Adopting a WMS was one of the priorities, as highlighted by Carine GRANDGEORGES: « Given our rapid growth, we needed a powerful and scalable tool to support our national ambitions. »

Thus, in the spring of 2024, Saveurs et Vie decided to complement its aging ERP with a robust and tailored WMS. The objective was clear: to digitize logistics to optimize order preparation, increase production capacity, improve stock tracking, and boost operator motivation.

Quickly, the IzyPro WMS became the ideal solution. Ergonomic, comprehensive, and easy to use, it was adopted in record time by the teams, who were thrilled to move on from sticky notes, loose papers, and an ERP that had become unstable! Until then, operators were losing a lot of time and energy preparing orders in the 2,000 m² warehouse located in Orly.

Since January 2025, the benefits have been tangible:

« The expertise, responsiveness, availability, and commitment of the ACSEP team were crucial, » continues Carine GRANDGEORGES. « They proactively supported us, advising on warehouse organization and setting up identified zones: classic, salt-free, sugar-free, minced, blended, fresh… With a base of 3,200 products and 1,000 references in stock, this reorganization was essential. »

One month after its implementation, IzyPro is already making a difference. While it’s still too early to assess the return on investment, the effects on work-life quality are undeniable. « Our teams are motivated, they’ve regained their smiles, and we haven’t had any absences since! »  says Carine GRANDGEORGES with satisfaction.
