Reunion Inland strengthens its logistics with the IzyPro WMS

Reunion Inland, a logistics service provider based on Réunion Island, has chosen to digitalize its operations with the IzyPro WMS and the support of SEAL-OI, ACSEP’s partner in the Indian Ocean. The goal: to professionalize its processes and offer higher value-added services by enhancing reliability and traceability.

Reunion Inland: a young and ambitious player

Founded in 2020 by the La Perrière family group—historically specialized in maritime transport and port handling—Reunion Inland began its logistics activities by storing goods at the Port of Réunion after containers were unloaded. Since then, the company has grown and now operates two dry warehouses (2,250 m²), including a bonded zone, as well as a 1,000 m² frozen warehouse.

Logistics digitalization to support growth

Faced with increasing volumes, Reunion Inland wanted to structure and secure its logistics offer by deploying a WMS. The company chose the IzyPro solution in SaaS mode.

Initially implemented in 2022 in the dry warehouses with the support of SEAL-OI, IzyPro’s distributor and integrator in the Indian Ocean, the project later continued successfully with a full rollout in the frozen warehouse—this time entirely autonomously.

“Our goal was to digitalize our three warehouses to professionalize our logistics,” explains Christophe GUENNEGUEZ, Director of Reunion Inland. “We’re fortunate to have a very diverse client base and to manage thousands of different items: dry food, beverages, detergents, general goods, frozen products… By choosing IzyPro, we’ve gained flexibility and traceability.”

Réunion Island regularly faces climate-related disruptions and maritime delays. “In this context, the agility offered by IzyPro is a real asset,” continues Christophe GUENNEGUEZ. “It allows us to make up for delays and maintain a high level of customer service.”

Immediate and visible benefits

Thanks to IzyPro, data is now centralized and updated in real time, enabling better supply management and more accurate invoicing.

On the management side, stock visibility has been significantly improved, notably with a real-time warehouse mapping feature that helps optimize the filling rate of mobile racks.

The operational teams quickly adopted the tool. Some customers also benefit from the collaborative IzyWeb portal, which allows them to view their stock and place orders directly.

End-to-end support

The project was backed by close collaboration. SEAL-OI handled the sales and implementation. Since then, ACSEP has been providing support while taking the island’s time zone into account. “A real team effort that gives us unwavering support!” concludes Christophe GUENNEGUEZ.
