Since its acquisition in 2019, the logistics and transport provider Carrylog has enjoyed strong performance, with double-digit annual growth. To sustain this momentum, the company has chosen to modernize its tools across its two sites in the Paris region, located in Goussainville (5,000 and 12,000 m²).
As Michaël Guez, Logistics and Transport Director at Carrylog, explains: “We needed to take things to the next level by deploying a more comprehensive WMS, integrating new features such as robotics and mechanization.” Following a tender process, the company selected the Hardis WMS solution along with its integration partner ACSEP.
Beyond the technical solution, Carrylog was looking for hands-on expertise. ACSEP stood out thanks to its dual capability: a perfect command of the software and in-depth knowledge of warehouse operations.
“In addition to their undeniable expertise, ACSEP has brought us a great deal of flexibility, availability, and proximity. Their teams are, like ours, true all-rounders and highly responsive,” says Michaël Guez. “This collaboration enabled a complete overhaul of flows and operations, from warehouse mapping to full deployment in production.”
The deployment has transformed the daily work of operational teams. Thanks to the customization of processes on handheld PDAs, adoption was extremely fast. The results speak for themselves:
In a second phase, the company integrated the LMS (Labour Management System) module from Hardis Supply Chain to further optimize team productivity and efficiency, with additional improvement opportunities already identified.
Management now benefits from comprehensive dashboards for real-time activity monitoring. This consolidated data quality provides unprecedented macro-level visibility for the company.
Today, Carrylog processes 2,800 orders (5,800 order lines) daily for around fifty clients in demanding sectors such as fashion and accessories, as well as cosmetics and alcoholic beverages.
Carrylog addresses 99% of its clients’ and prospects’ needs across various industries. “Our clients are delighted. We are now able to support their growth and deploy new clients almost autonomously in a short time frame or in a new warehouse,” concludes Michaël Guez.
With this new technological foundation, Carrylog is confidently moving forward toward its future growth objectives.
