Since December 2017, ACSEP has been running ID Logistics' Customer Relations Centre 24/7 in French, English and Spanish for around ten sites. And since 2023, ACSEP has been hosting ID Logistics' IBM Power infrastructure to secure and optimise its international operations, covering some fifteen sites worldwide.
