To support double-digit annual growth, logistics provider Carrylog modernised its warehouses in Goussainville with Hardis WMS. Integrated by ACSEP, this new solution enabled the company to reorganise its entire flow of operations and increase productivity by 30% in just three months.
Faced with growing activity, Carrylog turned to ACSEP to deploy Hardis WMS and integrate new functionalities such as robotics and the LMS module. Thanks to a complete redesign of its work areas and the customisation of procedures on PDAs, the solution was quickly and immediately adopted by the teams. The logistics provider now handles 2,800 orders per day for demanding sectors (textiles, cosmetics and spirits), with a 99% response rate to customer requirements. The Tunisian logistics provider LogistiKa has chosen ACSEP’s IzyPro WMS to digitalize the management of its 6,000 m² warehouse located near Tunis. This first international deployment aims to automate operational flows and streamline invoicing processes.
Until now, LogistiKa had managed its operations through a hybrid system combining its ERP, Excel and paper-based processes. The company wanted to modernize its operations without compromising operational accuracy. The deployment of IzyPro, together with the IzyWeb collaborative portal, will provide customers with real-time visibility while reducing payment times. ACSEP supported DUPESSEY&CO in the express deployment of Hardis WMS in just five months at its Seveso site in Illzach. This responsiveness enabled the transport operator to secure a strategic contract and accelerate the digitalization of its logistics operations.
After winning a major contract in October 2024, DUPESSEY&CO had to prioritize the implementation at its warehouse in Haut-Rhin, putting the schedule initially planned for its six sites on the back burner. ACSEP adapted its roadmap to make this 8,000 m² facility fully operational by February 2025, including the management of hazardous materials and piece-picking operations. The success of this go-live, demonstrated by a 99% service level, paves the way for the deployment of the WMS at the group’s five other sites.
