ACSEP supported DUPESSEY&CO in the express deployment of Hardis WMS in just five months at its Seveso site in Illzach. This responsiveness enabled the transport operator to secure a strategic contract and accelerate the digitalization of its logistics operations.
After winning a major contract in October 2024, DUPESSEY&CO had to prioritize the implementation at its warehouse in Haut-Rhin, putting the schedule initially planned for its six sites on the back burner. ACSEP adapted its roadmap to make this 8,000 m² facility fully operational by February 2025, including the management of hazardous materials and piece-picking operations. The success of this go-live, demonstrated by a 99% service level, paves the way for the deployment of the WMS at the group’s five other sites. This collaboration strengthens DUPESSEY&CO’s position in high-value-added logistics services.
