ACSEP supported Mousset Logistique during the strategic relocation of its Miramas platform with the aim of optimizing its working methods. Since then, this collaboration has expanded from reengineering consulting to the provision of IT and outsourced IT management services.
To support Mousset Logistique’s growth, ACSEP conducted a scoping study focused on flow optimization, WMS configuration and the deployment of radio-frequency technology. The digital Supply Chain expert developed tailor-made modules while also managing server hosting, EDI and IT support. This collaboration is also reflected in a three-way governance model with the Alinéa retail chain, in which ACSEP acts directly as an extension of the logistics operator’s IT department. This joint management approach ensures a high level of operational performance and accelerates the implementation of innovations.
