To support the strategic transformation of its sourcing model, the Fly retail chain entrusted its national logistics operations to Pro-Log Solutions. This organization is based on an innovative three-way partnership with ACSEP, which is responsible for managing the information system and application development.
By taking control of its procurement operations, Fly structured its own logistics chain by relying on Pro-Log Solutions’ warehouse in Fos-sur-Mer, whose surface area reached 25,000 m² within 18 months. ACSEP provides WMS hosting, customization and maintenance for the logistics operator. At the same time, the IT expert works directly with Fly to design tailor-made tools, such as an after-sales service portal and store integration. This transparent collaboration accelerates deployments while optimizing return on investment.
