A partner of Boulanger since 2009, ACSEP has taken a further step in optimizing its Supply Chain with the deployment of the VoiXtreme voice-picking solution. This innovative system is now operational at two of the company’s main logistics platforms.

To meet the technical requirements of Boulanger and the HTM Group without adding complexity to the existing infrastructure, ACSEP recommended VoiXtreme by Nomadvance, a lightweight, multimodal voice solution that requires no pre-existing infrastructure. Installed in just a few days and without any modifications to the business applications, the solution integrates directly with the terminals while simplifying the daily work of warehouse operators. Alongside this project, the integrator provides support for logistics applications, manages the WMS migration and monitors the distributor’s servers. The effectiveness of the solution even convinced one of Boulanger’s logistics providers to adopt VoiXtreme for its own operations.
