Tikamoon

Since April 2018, Tikamoon has been using our IzyPro warehouse management software to run its logistics business. Since then, the pureplayer specialising in solid wood furniture has experienced strong growth in its business, made possible by seamless logistics thanks to IzyPro.

Following a call for tenders, we chose the IzyPro WMS for its functionalities and the ACSEP company for the quality of its advice to help us structure and professionalise our logistics.

At the time, we were already experiencing a very strong increase in our activity and strengthening our logistics had become essential in order to ensure a quality service and build customer loyalty. Complete, ergonomic and easy to use, IzyPro has been quickly adopted by our team.

At the same time, ACSEP helped us to reorganise our warehouse, map the locations, standardise the processes and thus reduce the preparation cycle. We have gained in reliability and productivity and now benefit from secure logistics capable of supporting our growth.

Finally, IzyPro has brought our employees together. Whereas before, each team worked in silo with its own tools, IzyPro has created a link!

Tikamoon is a French brand that offers more than 1,000 products divided into 5 categories (living room, bathroom, bedroom, garden and decoration). Tikamoon designs its own models and has them manufactured by carefully selected craftsmen in Indonesia and India, using a direct-manufacturer approach to offer the best products at the best price. A significant part of the company's sales are exported (Germany, UK, Italy and Spain).
