Our CRC is fully managed by ACSEP, 24/7, in French, English and Spanish for more than a dozen countries where we operate.
ACSEP runs a complete service covering a wide range of incidents or requests related to IT and telephony. As a long-standing partner on other assignments, ACSEP had all the necessary qualities to carry out this mission: the company has a team of customer relations specialists and technicians who know how to identify and categorise requests and incidents, to guarantee a rapid resolution.
ACSEP is now the first point of entry and provides Level 0 and Level 1. Regarding Level 2, it is handled by the different groups of resolvers either at ACSEP or at one of our partners.
Finally, as the CRC is committed to handling and resolution times, it is proactive regardless of the degree of severity and communicates with the people concerned in real time to give them the best possible visibility!
